The brief
Job seekers were bouncing between fragmented listings, duplicate forms, and unclear application steps. The experience felt transactional instead of supportive, and many users dropped off before even reaching a recruiter.
The approach
We mapped the full job-search journey from discovery to application to follow-up, then redesigned it around one continuous flow: search, personalize, apply, and track. A scalable design system now supports the web experience, mobile journeys, and internal hiring workflows.
